Our most popular cosmetic surgery procedure is, unsurprisingly, breast enlargement.

But that doesn’t necessarily mean that bigger is better, we think all boobs are great!

Many of our breast augmentation patients tell us that they feel more feminine and confident afterwards especially if they had very little breast tissue or asymmetrical boobs before their boob job and it was affecting the way they felt about themselves.

However, big boobs can have their own problems, if you naturally have a very large bust size, we understand that this can be uncomfortable and create issues with your posture not to mention back and shoulder pain – and don’t even get us started on how problematic working out can be with large breasts getting in the way! Read our blog about the 5 things that happen after breast reduction surgery.

Small boobs are the new big boobs!

Did you know that more and more of our breast augmentation patients are opting for subtle enhancements when choosing their implant shape and size? Traditional large, round implants maybe what you would typically associate with having a boob job, but they aren’t the only option. Here at The Hospital Group, we offer a range of different breast implants including more natural looking, tear drop shaped implants which mimic the look and feel of au naturale boobies.

Although we think all boobs are perfect, big or small, we think everyone should be able to be feel good about themselves and get the look the want…

Breast augmentation surgery is not only the most popular form of cosmetic enhancement at here The Hospital Group but also in the U.K, for those of us who have feel as though fuller breasts would help us feel great and achieve our goals.

Boob jobs come in all different shapes and sizes…

It is important to remember that not everyone has a boob job in order to have big boobs, in fact, our surgeons would recommend only going up a couple of cup sizes and would always advise a look that is in proportion with the rest of your body.

Many of our patients choose a breast augmentation as they are unhappy with breasts which may appear flatter and deflated due to pregnancy, weight loss or they simply have lost volume over time due to ageing. Many women also choose to have a breast augmentation with us due to having naturally asymmetrical breasts and so, implants are chosen in different CC sizes as a corrective measure.

Winner: Both

In the age-old debate of which sized boobs are best, we proclaim it a tie! Big boobs, small boobs, round boobs… we love all boobs!
