Kayleigh’s story
Kayleigh recalls, “I’d always been a big girl – I’m 6ft 1, and usually weighed around 13 or 14 stone. A few years after my boob job, I had a relationship that didn’t work out and I began eating away my feelings. I fell into really bad food habits. After a few years, I’d reached 168kg (26 stone) and decided enough was enough. I looked into weight loss surgery and booked a gastric bypass in 2016. After a lot of hard work, I managed to shed 100kg and looked the best I ever had with my amazing slim body shape, but still with my full breasts.
“In the next few years, I’ll be looking into some other body lift procedures to help with areas that need tightening after losing the weight. And after my previous experience, The Hospital Group will be my first port of call.”
Asked if she had any advice for other people who may be considering surgery, Kayleigh immediately replies, “Just go for it! Remember, spending money on yourself and your own confidence is the best investment you can make. I live by the motto that we’re here for a good time, not for a long time – so live the best life you can.”
