After graduating from the National University of Ireland in 1996 with a degree in Medicine, Dr. Hassouna continued his postgraduate training by earning his MRCS from the Royal College of Surgeons in 2002. He deepened his expertise with a Master’s Degree in Orthopaedic Science from University College London in 2004 and completed his higher surgical training across leading London South-West hospitals.
In 2012, he became a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Ireland (FRCSI), cementing his status as a leading figure in orthopaedics. He has completed prestigious fellowships in Lower Limb Surgery at Ashford & St Peter’s Hospital, Chertsey, and a Specialist Knee Fellowship at Circle Bath in 2016.
Over the years, Dr. Hassouna has built a reputation for excellence in treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and delivering outstanding outcomes for patients with hip and knee disorders. He is actively involved in training the next generation of surgeons and contributes to peer-reviewed orthopaedic literature.
