Robert Hardy

Mr Robert Hardy is a highly experienced Consultant Breast Surgeon with many years of NHS and private experience in breast surgery.

Mr Hardy has more than 15 years of experience as an NHS Consultant Breast Surgeon in Liverpool. Throughout his career, he has developed extensive expertise in breast surgery, with a particular focus on patient safety, clinical governance and delivering high standards of surgical care.

For much of his NHS career, Mr Hardy served as the Governance and Risk Lead for Breast Surgery. In this role, he played an important part in supporting safe and effective clinical practice and helping to minimise risks for patients.

Alongside his NHS career, Mr Hardy has developed extensive experience in private cosmetic breast surgery across the North West. Over the past 12 years, he has personally performed more than 2,000 breast augmentation procedures for both female and transgender patients. His experience enables him to provide personalised recommendations based on each patient's individual anatomy, goals and expectations.

When the Cosmetic Surgery Certification Scheme was introduced by the Royal College of Surgeons of England in 2017, Mr Hardy was among the first surgeons in the UK to achieve certification in cosmetic breast surgery. This accreditation reflects his commitment to professional standards, patient safety and high-quality surgical practice.

Mr Hardy performs a range of cosmetic breast procedures, including breast enlargement, breast implant exchange, breast uplift and breast reduction surgery. He understands that concerns about breast size, shape and position can have a significant impact on confidence and wellbeing and takes time to understand each patient's individual concerns and desired outcome.

Known for his approachable and supportive manner, Mr Hardy places great importance on listening carefully to his patients. Whether a patient is looking for subtle, natural-looking enhancement or a fuller result, he combines his extensive surgical experience with a patient-centred approach to create an individualised treatment plan.
